ERM identifies, organizes, and monitors risks across operations, suppliers, finances, compliance, people, and the environment. You receive a full ERM system tailored to small business reality - risk dashboards, governance structure, risk owners, and regular review cycles.

Scenario analysis helps you prepare for “what if” situations like supply shortages, price spikes, weather impacts, demand changes, or market shifts. It allows you to make proactive decisions instead of reacting under pressure.

It includes physical risk (heat, storms, supply impacts), financial implications, exposure in your operations and supply chain, and recommended action steps. You receive a simplified, small-business version of a TCFD-aligned climate review.

At this level, we go beyond checklists. We assess cyber vulnerabilities, review vendor cyber risk, test backup recovery, evaluate incident response steps, and strengthen your digital resilience.

You receive a scorecard that evaluates quality, reliability, communication, sustainability, ethics, and risk exposure. This helps you choose suppliers who support your long-term resilience and meet increasing expectations from retailers and partners.

We clarify roles, connect resilience to strategy, and support leadership communication. Your team gains direction, coordination, and shared ownership of risk and resilience.

Duration: 12 months of ongoing strategic partnership vs. 3-4 months of project work.
Complexity: Master-level businesses have more employees, operations, stakeholders, and higher stakes.
Value: Core gets you operational resilience. Master gets you strategic advantage, industry leadership, and investor/partner-ready reporting.

Not if you already have solid operations and basic resilience systems. But if you DON'T have business continuity plans, risk management, and documented processes, I'll recommend Core first. We'll assess this on the discovery call.

I don't typically sell individual Master components because they're most effective when integrated. Carbon footprint is more valuable when connected to your strategic roadmap, ERM framework, and impact reporting. However, if you've already done foundational work, we can discuss custom scoping. The value of Master is in the ongoing strategic partnership, not just deliverables. 12 months allows us to implement and test systems, run quarterly scenario exercises, develop and publish your Impact Report, and adjust strategy based on what we learn. If you're under time pressure (regulatory deadline, investor requirement), we can prioritize certain components through custom scoping.

Most clients either renew for another 12 months (often at reduced scope since foundations are built), shift to quarterly check-ins (4 sessions/year), go independent with annual plan updates, or bring me back for special projects (new locations, major changes, M&A). We'll discuss options in months 10-11.

Most sustainability consultants focus narrowly on environmental metrics. I'm a resilience consultant who integrates sustainability. You get operational + strategic + environmental + social + governance resilience - it's holistic. Most sustainability consultants give you a carbon footprint and recommendations. I give you complete strategic transformation that includes sustainability but doesn't stop there.

I can't guarantee certification (the final decision is B Lab's). What I DO guarantee: readiness support, clear gap identification, documentation support, and application assistance. If B Corp is a priority, we'll build the Master Package around that goal.

Not at all. Master is for businesses serious about strategic resilience and competitive advantage. Sustainability is ONE component, but so are risk management, operational resilience, employee engagement, and strategic positioning. Some Master clients choose this because they're required to (compliance), want competitive differentiation (strategy), or believe in responsible business (values). You don't need to be a "sustainability leader", you need to be ready for strategic, long-term thinking.

I typically start new Master engagements within 3-4 weeks of signing. I only take 1-2 Master clients at a time given the depth of partnership. To start within 6 weeks: Book discovery call → If we're a fit, I send proposal → Sign and pay first month → Kickoff within 3-4 weeks.
